32nd America’s Cup: Areva Challange penalised

The fight never ended at the Americas Cup but now near the start the things are going to get tough. Areva Challenge the French Syndicate has been penalized by the Jury having breached the Protocol receiving third party photos to Luna Rossa Challenge. So Areva Challenge will race with a 45 sails sets available against the 47 the boats usually had.
The History of America’s Cup is full of Spy Stories. Some a are a real unfair behavior other are part of the “game” of media. Spy Stories are part of the plot of this event where competition, business, technology and industry come close to be mixed by the wind blow and by the power of the sea.
This time the Jury opted for unfair competition.
