James Spithill




After Ed Bair today we are pibbybacking James Spethill. He is probably the most talentes sailor of all in AC circus and he is on board on Luna Rossa.
Aggressive circileng is one of his characteristics and match racing has no secrets for him.
We will see its performances James when will attempt to win his second consecutive King Edward VII Gold Cup when the Bermuda Gold Cup, Stage 4 of the 2006-’07 World Match Racing Tour, takes place on Hamilton Harbour, Oct. 10-15.
Spithill, the recent recipient of the Australian Yachting 2006 Male Sailor of the Year award, headlines a field of 16 crews that will compete in the $50,000 regatta sailed in 33-foot IOD sloops.
